Carrier Requirements & Information
Heckaman & Hollar Group is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. To join our network of carriers, please ensure that your company meets the following requirements.
The Basics

Active DOT number with interstate authority and valid MC number

Carrier entity type that is authorized for "Property" and "Hire"

A Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Safety Rating of “Satisfactory,” “None” or “Not Rated”​​​
Insurance
- Commercial general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate
- Auto liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
- Cargo coverage of at least $100,000 per occurrence
- All Certificates of Insurance must list Heckaman & Hollar Group, LLC as a certificate holder.
Housekeeping
- All Heckaman & Hollar Group loads are tracked with TruckerTools
- Driver is responsible for ensuring the customer's load is secure before departure
Billing:
Heckaman & Hollar Group is a proud partner of HaulPay. Should you have any questions about an invoice payment, please reach out to customersuccess@heckamanhollargroup.com for the fastest response.

Send invoices along with signed POD, factoring info (if any), and any lumper receipts.

Invoices MUST be sent to customersuccess@heckamanhollargroup.com to be considered received and payable. 30-day payment terms will start the day the invoice is received to this email. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any accessorial charges must be approved by Heckaman & Hollar Group management before invoice will be approved for payment.
